Bebotax processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. For further information, questions or comments, please contact info@bebotax.com. Bebotax collects and processes customers' personal data for client order management (including customer administration, file follow-up, invoicing...). This data is processed on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (implemented in Belgium by the Law of July 30, 2018, Belgian Official Gazette September 5, 2018).

Bebotax punctually informs the client about the execution of its assignment.

The client shall transmit all useful information punctually throughout the duration of the assignment, and if necessary at Bebotax's request.

Bebotax processes the personal data of the client and all parties to the file as the data controller. The processing grounds that Bebotax uses in this respect can be found in the full version of the privacy policy. Particular and penal data are processed on the basis of the express consent of the client. If the documents provided by the client include particular personal data of persons other than the client himself, the client must have fulfilled the necessary obligations (processing grounds and information obligation) before providing these data to the firm.

Personal data will only be shared with the authorized entities within the framework of the assignment and the related legal obligations or with your explicit consent. Furthermore, your data may be processed by a processor of Bebotax. The necessary guarantees have been obtained with each processor in accordance with the GDPR. If necessary for achieving the purposes set forth, the client's personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly related to Bebotax or with any other partner of Bebotax. Bebotax guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect these personal data.

Personal data will not be kept longer than necessary. This will be done in accordance with statutory limitation periods and professional liability.

The client involved has the right at any time to send a request to Bebotax for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of his personal data or request for withdrawal of his consent or objection to the processing of his personal data, by means of a registered letter to the office address or by sending an email to info@bebotax.com.

Bebotax commits to provide the client with a motivated response to its request within a period of one month. Depending on the complexity of the request(s) and the number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months if necessary. Finally, as a client, you always have the right of lodging a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (contact@apd-gba.be).
